ValDivia is a company driven for Fair and Equitable advancement in the transportation field. I am personally committed to equality on multiple fronts. One as a minority owned business, second as a female owned company. The landscape has changed from my early days in the industry. This is a new world, fresh with opportunities for people of color and those striving to achieve equality for all females in their quest for success in their careers. This is who we are , this is what Christina and I promote and continue to pass on to our own daughters. My passion is to be a mentor, a positive role model, and hopefully a positive influence to the industry, especially to the people I have had the pleasure to work with now and in the future.
